Beyoğlu Baklava’s journey began in 1885, nestled in the heart of Turkey’s gastronomic haven, Gaziantep. Chef Oktay Onler, a visionary in baklava artistry, embarked on his culinary path in 1994. Harnessing the wisdom of Gaziantep’s baklava masters, he expanded his reach, establishing renowned brands and delighting palates in various countries. In 2019, Beyoglu Baklava was born in Dubai, a summit of Chef Oktay’s global experience and dedication to perfection. Our baklava not only represents a delicacy but also the rich heritage of Gaziantep, a city famed for its fabulous cuisine.
